In April a First Conference entitled “Mobbing as a social pathology” was organised by Polish Teachers Association. During the conference president of National Antimobbing Association prepared a presentation which described activity of Association and ways of supporting victims of acts of such kind of violence. Despite showing prevalence of mobbing in the workplaces a legal issues were present. What is more during the conference participants had an opportunity to get to know what kind of health consequences are the effects of mobbing.
