The Mental Health Pact conference in Berlin has just completed its work.  This is the last conference in a series that have been designed to raise awareness and generate policy action for mental health promotion in the Member States in a range of settings.  The Berlin conference was concerned with the workplace setting.

While the conference was concerned with policy development, a prominent feature was the number of presentations from workplace based models of good practice.  More than 20 workplaces presented their activities and taken together they give a good idea of what mental health promotion looks like in practice.  In addition, a comprehensive background paper on workplace mental health promotion has been produced.
