It´s a great pleasure to invite you to the International Association for Adolescents Health 16 th European Annual Meeting to be held in Copenhagen, Denmark, June 20 – 21, 2011.

The theme of the meeting is 'Engaging Adolscents in Health: Participation, Self-Management and Health Promotion'. The programme includes plenary lectures, workshops, free communications and posters. And last but not least, a social programme, with great possibilities for enjoying each other's company.

Copenhagen is wonderful in midsummer, where the light nights give you a special opportunity for enjoying the pulsating capital full of zest and life. You will find summer jazz, restaurants, cafes, hotels and bars, green parks, more bikes than cars and a harbour clean enough for bathing. Danish Design, great shopping, museums and interesting architecture on every street corner, and of course Tivoli, where we will have our conference dinner. The congress will take place at Rigshospitalet, the University Hospital of Copenhagen. The hospital is located 10 minutes from the city center, 25 minutes from the airport, and close to a great variety of hotels. We will communicate information to you through this website.
